On average, your order will be received in 2 - 7 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer. However, we try to ship most orders by the next business day after we receive them

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 25 days of shipment, for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, media (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized products. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.
New and used textbooks including rentals may be returned with receipt during the first week of class. New books must be in new condition, including all supplemental materials that may have been included with the text, with no highlighting, writing, bent spines or crunched corners, or other signs of wear that would render the book not returnable to the publisher. Internet access codes, software and e-books must be unused. Textbooks purchased after the first week of class are not returnableIf you drop a class after the first week of class, it may still be possible to return your unneeded textbooks. Bring your RECEIPT and completed DROP SLIP to the Campus Store before the end of the sixth week of class. Any returns after the sixth week of class may be refused due to publisher return policies.
